Progress Pioneers is a paid, hands-on training and work placement scheme designed to help people take their first steps into the live events, broadcast and sport presentation industry.

Anyone with a passion for live events, production and storytelling. You don’t need loads of experience, just enthusiasm, commitment and a willingness to learn.

Yes. All Progress Pioneers placements are paid.

You’ll be part of real production teams, working in live environments, taking part in training days, rehearsals and live event delivery - building confidence and practical skills along the way.

The roles are aimed at people local to the Glasgow area. If you are from outside the area then you are still welcome to apply, but you must be able to provide your own travel and accommodation during Gamestime.
